Taking on responsibility also comes with flexibility. You will typically work from the office two to three days per week, with the option to work from home on other days. Working hours are flexible, and you can plan short breaks during the day, for example to use the gym in the building. We take work-life balance seriously. In addition, we organize social activities throughout the year, including a quarterly team event and a yearly skiing trip.
